Safety and Insurance Mini-Workshop July 24, 2023 Target Audience: Heads of School, Associate Heads, and the Directors of the following departments: Business, Facilities, and Safety/Security. We will review the crucial aspects of critical response, and consider how schools can implement comprehensive emergency preparedness protocols. Participants will gain practical solutions in this workshop. Part One presented by Robins Insurance: One of the key aspects we'll cover is the importance of insurance coverage in mitigating risks. We'll demystify complex terms like General Liability, Active Shooter Coverage, Law Enforcement Liability, and Firearms Legal Liability, helping you understand how these coverage forms respond in real-life scenarios. By gaining a clear understanding of insurance mechanisms, you'll be better equipped to protect your institution and handle potential incidents. Additionally, we will explore Workers' Compensation and its benefits for your staff.
