Overview
The Annual Conference of the Tennessee Association of Independent Schools is the organization's signature opportunity for educators to grow together. Underpinned by a keynote address from strategist, coach, and experienced independent school leader Mark Boswell, this year's theme serves as an extension of last year's Annual Conference conversations around purpose. A robust slate of featured speakers, practical sessions by Tennessee's own expert teachers, an energizing exhibit hall, and TAIS's uniquely centered networking will lay the groundwork for attendees to push purpose to action.

His approach is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and a deep commitment to equity. Mark's keynote address will push us to turn the concept of "belonging" into a reality in our schools. Through collaborative activities and insightful discussions facilitated by Mark, the audience will uncover tangible ways to create environments where communities thrive. Join us as Mark paints a picture of purpose-driven action, a deep sense of connection, and positive impact within our school communities.

TAIS Board-Approved Cancellation Policy
Attendees will receive a full refund for an in-person conference if they cancel up to six weeks prior to the event and a 50% refund up to four weeks before the event. Refunds are not possible after four weeks prior to the event due to the costs incurred for food orders, hotel contracts, venue costs, and other administrative and setup fees. All refunds will reflect a 15% administration fee.
