Sunday, November 5:
1:00 pm: Registration will begin / Exhibitor Hall Opens
2:00 pm: Welcome followed by three session blocks
5:40 pm: Reception for all two-day attendees, presentation of the Hubert Smothers Awards
Monday, November 6:
7:15-8:30 am: Registration, Breakfast, Exhibitor Hall Opens for the day
8:30 am: Welcome and Keynote followed by four session blocks, lunch, and snacks
3:05 pm: Conference concludes
CONFERENCE PROGRAMMING OVERVIEW
The Keynotes for the Conference are Ross Wehner, Founder, and Jessica Catoggio, Director of Professional Learning, of World Leadership School.
We have lined up a strong slate of Featured Speakers and sessions presented by educational leaders from TAIS member schools. Our conference programming and speakers will address a wide variety of topics relevant to all independent school faculty and staff. The discount for the nights of November 4-6, 2023 is applicable until Monday, October 16, 2023, or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. A limited number of rooms are available at this rate, and another city-wide event has taken up most of the hotels, so we encourage schools to book sooner than later.

TAIS Board-Approved Cancellation Policy
Attendees will receive a full refund for an in-person conference if they cancel up to six weeks prior to the event and a 50% refund up to four weeks before the event. Refunds are not possible after four weeks prior to the event due to the costs incurred for food orders, hotel contracts, venue costs, and other administrative and setup fees. All refunds will reflect a 15% administration fee.
