Positive Motivation for Managers: Free Zoom Interactive Workshop
with Kelly Kratz and Pam Herath of the Positive Coaching Alliance

March 2nd at 11:00am-1:00pm CST / 12:00 - 2:00 pm EST

TAIS is excited to release this webinar in partnership with the Positive Coaching Alliance.

The value of positive leadership has never been more relevant to building successful workplace teams than it is now. The PCA team will lead a Zoom session utilizing "breakout rooms" to engage in small group discussions, and help with techniques to apply in these challenging times to build those successful teams. This is designed for all school leaders to provide support, guidance, and ready to use techniques. This is not just about sports.

Click here for an introduction video.

The tools taught in PCA courses are researched-based behavioral concepts that apply to many contexts. Anyone who participates in PCA programming - whether it be in youth sports, on business teams, or in personal relationships - can benefit, and expect to see improved ability to work as part of a team, greater personal resilience, and an increased capacity to bounce back from mistakes.

Audience: Heads of School, Division Heads, Deans of Faculty, Counselors, Deans of Students, Athletic Directors, Head Coaches, Teachers and others who support Advisory or Student Life.

This session is FREE to all who register. Please join us for this meaningful professional development to help fill the buckets of all leaders and cultivate supportive environments for all.
