Racial Identity and Racial Equality Webinar

TAIS is excited to release this webinar in partnership with Southeast Psych. Dr. Hamilton will lead participants in a discussion designed to expand their vocabulary and understanding of racial identity, emphasizing reflection on one's own racial identity and how it impacts the way we each perceive our world. Dr. Hamilton will present relevant research on systemic racism, privilege, and racial equality to extend participants' knowledge and equip them to further engage the work of advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at their schools. The goals of this virtual conversation are to deepen self-awareness, expand understandings of systemic racism, and to share strategies for being an ally and an anti-racist. We hope you will join this discussion.
