Presenters: Tracy Clements, MEd, LPC | Education Strategist-Student Safety and Mental Health Tracy Clements is an Education Strategist-Student Safety and Mental Health for GoGuardian and an adjunct professor for Lindenwood University. She has more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field encompassing K-12 public education, private practice, child advocacy, inpatient mental health, and child protective services. She developed and implemented a district level mental health support system addressing an alarmingly high suicide rate in a school district.
Christopher Rinkus | Senior Government Affairs Manager Chris Rinkus leads government affairs for GoGuardian and advocates on behalf of the company in more than a dozen states around the US on issues like school safety, youth mental health, and children’s online privacy. Previously, Chris served as deputy assistant secretary of education at the US Department of Education and earlier in his career was deputy chief of staff and budget director at the District of Columbia Public Schools.
