Enrollment revenue is the life-blood of the school—it's the foundation on which all other school plans depend. But things have changed because of COVID, societal upheaval, changing education expectations and policies, and significantly greater competition. In this hands-on workshop we’re going to explore the disciplines of year-round enrollment management and create a draft Enrollment Growth Plan to clarify the strategies, schedule, and commitments for achieving your goals and win.

Presenters:

Scott Barron, Chief Reinvention Officer of School Growth
Scott Barron is an experienced educator, entrepreneur, and author recognized as a leading voice advocating for and encouraging those who lead schools. He is the Chief Reinvention Officer of School Growth LLC and the Executive Director of the Educators Fellowship. Scott earned an M.Ed from Johns Hopkins University, along with a B.A. in Religion and a B.S. in Computer Science from Mars Hill University. He has spoken at events across the globe as a leadership expert on relational ecosystems and strategic wisdom.



Tammy Barron, President of School Growth
Tammy Barron is an expert in growing schools, especially in developing a disciplined, data-driven approach to enrollment strategy and management.   She is a life-long educator who has served at all levels of school leadership. Her research into organizational design and decision making has enabled schools to overcome the barriers to growth to achieve greater revenue and joy. She is the author of multiple resources for educators, including “Year Round Enrollment Management” and “Building Faculty Engagement to Grow.”
