Hidden Costs, Hidden Motives, Hidden Levers Interactive Webinar for Heads and Crucial Leaders
with Damian Kavanagh of MISBO

Your Registration includes registration for two individuals: The Head of School and a Crucial Leader. You can of course add multiple additional members of your leadership team for this event as well.

April 12th 5:00-6:30m CST / 6:00-7:30pm EST

Session Description: Faculty and staff come for the mission and stay for the culture. Our model
is a highly engaged, cooperative, and interpersonal one. With the monsoon of changes that have
come our way and continue to do so, how can we navigate through the financial waves, how can
we determine what we don’t know, and how can we find levers within our own organization to
pull? We will look at recent survey information, dashboards and incremental costs, and budget
building in uncertain times. It should be fun! And after the session, stick around for a curated
bourbon tasting. We will taste several bourbons that will be sent to you ahead of the
symposium. Build your bourbon muscle.
