This course is designed to help us, during a time of conflicting priorities and deep emotions, take on a range of tough conversations with sensitivity and purpose. Facilitated by negotiation experts from The Bridgeway Group, who support individuals and organizations in conflict-affected environments throughout the world, this workshop will include both synchronous meetings and two hours of private coaching.  Participants will leave with a robust toolkit to help manage cultural and communication style differences, create value in our schools through collaboration, and more.
