Meet the Facilitator Andrew Bidwell, Critical Response Group Andrew Bidwell serves as the Mid-south Regional Director for Sales and Implementation with the Critical Response Group (CRG). A former Green Beret Officer and West Point graduate, Andrew comes from the 5th Special Forces Group after 11 years on active duty. During this time, he extensively employed the mapping solution that CRG's system is based on during overseas combat operations in Iraq and Syria. He has a passion for public safety and particularly the safety of children. Andrew lives with his wife and two kids in the greater Nashville area.
